The process starts with an initial discussion where we understand your site, housing needs, budget, and timeline. From there, we carry out a feasibility review,
develop technical design, and once everything is approved, you place your order. While your home is built offsite, site preparation and service connections take
place. We then deliver and install the home, ready for you to move in.

3. What is the typical lead time and how does delivery work?

Our standard lead time is approximately 12 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the design complexity and site readiness. Once your home is built, we transport it to your site using specialised equipment. Installation is quick and efficient — most homes are fully installed and ready for occupancy within a day, with our team managing the entire process for a seamless handover.

Absolutely. We offer a flexible “Blank Sheet” approach alongside our available standard options of rapid and affordable homes. Meaning we can design to your budget, specifications, and requirements. Every project is different, and we’ll quote accordingly.

Yes. We offer a fully turnkey solution — from design, manufacture, to delivery, installation, and handover.
