Steps to work with us

Start the Conversation

Start by contacting our team to discuss your goals, challenges, and overall vision. We’ll work closely with you to understand your site conditions, housing requirements, timeline, and budget — building a clear brief that forms the foundation for your entire project

Our experts carry out a feasibility study to assess the site and project scope. Based on this, we develop initial concept designs that align with your vision and local planning policies.

Once the concept is approved, we prepare detailed technical designs and drawings. These include floor plans, elevations, and service layouts tailored to your site and regulatory requirements

Your home is precision-built in our factory using volumetric Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). This ensures high quality, reduced waste, and minimal disruption to your site.

While the home is being built, your site can be prepared. This includes minimal foundations and arrangements for utility connections such as water, electricity, and drainage.

Once complete, the home is delivered to site and installed using a crane. Most installations are completed within a fraction of the time that’s required for traditional builds with all internal fittings already in place.
